Empower America proudly spent nearly a decade successfully recruiting, training, and placing thousands of veterans into rewarding new careers. Based in California, we initially focused on the rapidly growing residential, commercial, and utility-scale solar power industry. Our impact expanded as we moved into Nevada, where we broadened our reach to include careers in Manufacturing 4.0, partnering with some of the largest companies in the state.

 

However, the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic forced us to pause our operations. Despite this setback, our commitment to supporting veterans remains unwavering, and we are excited to relaunch and continue empowering veterans toward meaningful, high-demand careers. ​​
